About Dario
I was at rock bottom & depressed for the first time in my life when I tore my ACL. Contemporary physiotherapy in my hometown was subpar & made me quit 3 months post surgery to take matters into my own hands at just 18 years old with no clue about training.
Fast forward 5 years later I have consumed countless books, training articles, podcasts, courses & speaken to other high level coaches to build my knowledge.
This very knowledge has allowed me to go from a 28” to a 37” vertical while taking my speed from 28 to 35.3 km/h.
During these past 5 years I have trained 200+ athletes in-person from amateur to pro level.
These days I spend most of my time assessing high level athletes on my Force Plates who fly to Vienna from all over the world to train with me & leave with a training program to transform their athleticism.
